What is non-medical home care?
Non-medical home care is help with everyday life at home: bathing and dressing, meals, light housekeeping, company, and relief for family caregivers. It is not nursing or clinical care.
Where does 21st Century Quality Home Care provide care?
We are based in Arcola, Texas, and serve the Houston area, including Houston, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Pearland, Katy, Conroe, Huntsville, across Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, Montgomery, Waller, Walker, Liberty counties.
Does the VA help pay for home care?
The VA has programs, such as Aid and Attendance, that can help eligible veterans and surviving spouses pay for care at home. The VA decides who is eligible.

Does long-term care insurance cover home care?
Many long-term care policies cover non-medical home care. We work with families who hold policies from Genworth, John Hancock, MassMutual, Mutual of Omaha, New York Life, Northwestern Mutual, and others, and we help you check what your policy covers before care starts.
Does Medicare pay for home care?
Medicare generally does not pay for ongoing non-medical home care such as help with bathing, meals, or companionship. Families usually pay privately, through long-term care insurance, or with VA benefits.
