Hi, I’m Tieasha Tashay Waddy, founder of 21st Century Quality Home Care and 21st Century Quality Group Home for Seniors.

With a heart full of faith and a passion for serving others, I’ve dedicated my life to providing compassionate, high-quality care to those who need it most—especially our beloved seniors.

My journey into home care is deeply personal. After losing my late husband to kidney failure, I faced one of the most challenging times in my life. Through grief and faith, I found my purpose: to care for those who can’t care for themselves.

I believe every life has value. My team and I provide a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for seniors in need of 24/7 care, specializing in support for the chronically ill and fully bedridden. We ensure they receive the dignity, respect, and love they deserve.
