Meet Tieasha Tashay Waddy, Founder

Hi, I’m Tieasha Tashay Waddy, founder of 21st Century Quality Home Care and 21st Century Quality Group Home for Seniors.

With a heart full of faith and a deep passion for helping others, I have devoted my life to providing compassionate, high-quality care—especially for our cherished seniors.

My journey into home care is personal. After losing my late husband to kidney failure, I went through one of the most difficult periods of my life. Through both grief and faith, I discovered my purpose: to care for those who cannot care for themselves.

I firmly believe that every life has value. Together with my team, I create a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for seniors who need 24/7 care, focusing on individuals who are chronically ill or fully bedridden. We are committed to ensuring that every client is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

A Little More About Me:

✔ I hold an Associate Degree from the Bible Technology Institute and a Christian Counseling Certification.

✔ I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Southern University.

✔ My faith fuels my work, and I see home care as a ministry to serve and uplift others.
