Founder • Care Advocate • Compassion-Driven Leader
I’m Tieasha Tashay Waddy, the founder of 21st Century Quality Home Care and 21st Century Quality Group Home for Seniors. My passion for home care comes from personal experience. After losing my husband to kidney failure and seeing my mother live with ALS, I learned how important kind, reliable care truly is.
Because of these experiences, I chose to dedicate my life to helping others. I earned a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Southern University and an Associate Degree from the Bible Technology Institute. In addition, I completed a Christian Counseling Certification so I could better support seniors and individuals with long-term health needs.
As a result, our care focuses on comfort, respect, and trust. Above all, my mission is simple:
